The anti-freezing component is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 21.8 parts of acrylic acid, 15.3 to 23.5 parts of a betaine type zwitterionic compound, 10.2 to 20.1 parts of chitosan, 54.3 to 60 parts of a metal salt solution with the mass concentration of 25 to 30 percent, 54.3 to 60 parts of alcohol, 1.1188 to 4.3632 parts of a cross-linking agent and 0.0864 part of an initiator. According to the improvement method, the freeze-thaw cycle resistance of the roadbed soil can be further improved, the freezing temperature of the roadbed soil is reduced, the moisture in the roadbed is intelligently regulated and controlled, the service toughness of the roadbed is effectively improved, and the improvement method provided by the invention is obvious and stable in frost heaving and thaw collapse resistance improvement of the roadbed, low in cost and environment-friendly.
