The invention relates to a large-span truss externally-wrapped steel plate arch rib and a secondary arching construction method thereof.The arch rib is formed by splicing a plurality of arch rib sections, each arch rib section comprises a truss section, an externally-wrapped steel plate is welded to each truss section, the cross section of each truss section and the cross section of each externally-wrapped steel plate are each in an isosceles triangle shape, and the two ends of each externally-wrapped steel plate are each in an arch shape. Three corners of the cross section of each truss section are arranged to be of a chamfer structure, and three corners of the cross section of each outer wrapping steel plate are arranged to be of a fillet structure. The externally-wrapped steel plate comprises a bottom plate and two side plates, when the arch rib is installed and constructed, only the externally-wrapped steel plate bottom plate is installed on each arch rib section, the arch rib sections are installed through a cable crane and a cable-stayed buckling method to complete first closure of the arch rib, then the externally-wrapped steel plate side plates of the arch foot area, the arch crown area and the remaining area are sequentially installed on the arch rib, and second closure is completed. Compared with a traditional arch rib, the structure stress and shear resistance are high, the construction process is simple, the construction speed is high, and the quality is reliable.
本发明涉及一种大跨度桁架外包钢板拱肋及其二次成拱施工方法,拱肋由多个拱肋节段拼接而成,每个拱肋节段包括一桁架节段,桁架节段焊接外包钢板,所述桁架节段和外包钢板的横截面均为等腰三角形,桁架节段的横截面的3个角设置为倒角结构,外包钢板横截面的3个角设置为倒圆角结构;外包钢板包括底板和两侧板,拱肋安装施工时,每个拱肋节段上先只安装外包钢板底板,采用缆索吊及斜拉扣挂法安装各拱肋节段完成拱肋第一次合龙,再在拱肋上依次安装拱脚区、拱顶区及剩余区域的外包钢板侧板,完成二次合龙。本发明与传统拱肋相比,结构受力及抗剪能力强,施工工序简单,施工速度快,质量可靠。
