The invention discloses a safe highway system which comprises a road body and buffer guardrails arranged on the two sides of the road body, guardrail internal gas circulation is formed in the buffer guardrails, when an arc-shaped pad is impacted, gas in an air bag enters a buffer cavity through an air inlet channel, a pushing piece slides inwards, and the arc-shaped pad is pushed to move inwards. The impact energy is dispersed and absorbed through the compression of the air cushion, so that the direct impact of the impact force on the vehicle and the guardrail is effectively relieved; when the pushing piece is pressed to slide, air in the buffering cavity is exhausted back into the air bag through the air return pipe, and the air bag is rapidly restored to the original shape. According to the designed safe highway system, direct impact of impact force on vehicles and guardrails can be effectively relieved, and the overall safety and stability are improved.
