The invention discloses a permeable ecological bank protection structure for in-situ preparation of river polluted bottom mud, which comprises a foundation layer group, a seepage purification layer group, a bottom impermeable layer group, a polluted bottom mud main body layer group and an ecological planting layer group, the foundation layer group comprises a first bank protection foundation, a second bank protection foundation, a gravity type retaining wall and a river bottom protection slope; the seepage purification layer group is arranged on the gravity type retaining wall and comprises a permeable reactive barrier, and the permeable reactive barrier is used for filtering harmful substances in accumulated water; the polluted bottom mud main body layer group comprises a plurality of polluted bottom mud layers and a plurality of waste biomass material layers, and the ecological planting layer group comprises ecological concrete, planting soil and herbaceous plants. The in-situ treatment method is adopted for treating the polluted bottom mud of the river channel, the pollutant intercepting effect of the permeable reactive barrier and the plant purifying effect are utilized, the concentration of pollutants seeping into the river from a polluted bottom mud main body structure can be effectively reduced, and in-situ resource utilization of the polluted bottom mud of the river channel is achieved.
