The invention provides an underground diaphragm wall construction method based on pressure servo-drag reduction bags. The underground diaphragm wall construction method comprises the following steps that a groove is excavated; a plurality of bags and longitudinal insertion rods are prepared, and each bag comprises a plurality of air chambers, an inflation inlet and a material injection opening which are communicated with one another; the bags are put down according to the installation set positions of the prefabricated underground diaphragm walls, and the longitudinal insertion rods are inserted into the bottoms of the grooves from the two sides of the bags; the bag is inflated to be tightly attached to the groove wall, meanwhile, the single prefabricated underground diaphragm wall is hoisted, after the air pressure in the bag is enough to extrude and stabilize the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall, the hoisting machine tool is removed, static pressure continues to be applied, and the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall is inserted till the wall bottom makes contact with the groove bottom; after the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall is installed to a target position, curable quick-setting slurry is poured into the inflatable bags, and meanwhile the air pressure in the bags is kept stable; and after the bag is filled, the filling port is sealed. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the construction complexity is simplified, the construction difficulty is lowered, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种基于压力伺服‑减阻囊袋的地下连续墙施工方法,包括如下步骤:开挖沟槽;准备多个囊袋和纵向插杆,每个囊袋包括多个互相连通的气室、充气口、注料口;将囊袋按照每幅预制地下连续墙安装设定的位置下放,并将纵向插杆从囊袋两侧插入沟槽底部;向囊袋内充气使其与槽壁贴紧,并同时进行单幅预制地下连续墙的吊放,当囊袋内的气压足够挤压稳定预制地下连续墙后,撤除吊装机具,继续施加静压力插放预制地下连续墙直至墙底触及槽底;预制地下连续墙安装至目标位置后,向充气囊袋中浇筑可固化速凝泥浆,同时维持囊袋内气压稳定;注满囊袋后,密封注料口。采用本发明的技术方案,简化了施工复杂程度,降低了施工难度,提高了施工效率。
