Assembled sash beam and design method thereof
The invention discloses an assembly type sash beam and a design method thereof. The assembly type sash beam comprises compartments formed by assembling steel beams and cross-shaped connecting pieces. Cross-shaped connecting pieces are arranged at the four corners of each compartment, steel beams are arranged on the four edges of each compartment, and the two ends of each steel beam are connected with the corresponding cross-shaped connecting pieces. A first anchor rod is arranged at the cross-shaped connecting piece, and the bottom of the first anchor rod is anchored into the side slope; a mother mesh is arranged in the compartment, and a mounting area is reserved in the middle of the mother mesh; the sub-mesh is mounted in the mounting area, and the periphery of the sub-mesh is connected with the mother mesh through springs; a second anchor rod is arranged in the middle of the sub-mesh, and the bottom of the second anchor rod is anchored into the side slope so as to apply prestress to the sub-mesh and the main mesh, so that the sub-mesh and the main mesh apply pressure to the side slope. The split mounting type lattice beam has the advantages of being low in cost, short in construction period and high in adaptability to geological conditions, prestress applied by the second anchor rods can enable the sub-meshes and the mother meshes to apply pressure to dangerous rocks on a side slope, and the risk that the dangerous rocks slide down is reduced.
