The invention provides a reinforced concrete retaining wall and variable cross-section special-shaped pile combined structure and a construction method.The combined structure is arranged between a pre-pile-building structure and an unstable geologic body and comprises a reinforced concrete retaining wall, a top beam, a first special-shaped cross-section pile and a second special-shaped cross-section pile. The reinforced concrete retaining wall is arranged along the whole length of an unstable geologic body, the second special-shaped section pile, the first special-shaped section pile, the top beam and the reinforced concrete retaining wall are sequentially poured from bottom to top, and all parts of the combined structure are connected in an anchoring mode. A plurality of steps are excavated on the original slope surface of the unstable geologic body, and backfill soil is arranged between the plurality of steps and the combined structure. The section size of the pile body can be optimized under the condition that the use function of the support pile and the site safety are not changed, the requirement for the stability of a filling site is met, the use space of the top face of the structure and the safety of a pre-built structure of the structure are guaranteed, the construction cost is reduced, and comprehensive benefits are improved.
