The invention discloses a construction method of an immersed tube anchor block. The construction method comprises the following steps: driving a steel sheet pile: driving and arranging the steel sheet pile on the shore to support a foundation pit; foundation pit excavation, wherein anchor block foundation pits are excavated according to design; a broken stone hardcore layer is laid, wherein the broken stone hardcore layer is thrown and filled after the foundation pit is excavated; cofferdam construction is conducted, specifically, membrane bag sand cofferdam construction is conducted; water pumping in the cofferdam: pumping out accumulated water in the cofferdam; reinforcing steel bars are bound, wherein anchor block reinforcing steel bars are bound after the pipe joint is installed and is in butt joint with a shore pipeline; formwork installation, wherein a formwork for anchor block pouring is installed; concrete pouring: pouring a concrete anchor block by using a template support; after the anchor blocks reach the strength, the formworks are dismantled; and backfilling the foundation pit and removing the cofferdam. And the immersed tube anchor block construction can be quickly and efficiently completed.
