The invention relates to a living water supply system and method for a large-depth saturated diving residential cabin, the living water supply system comprises a residential cabin for water use and a water supply pipeline for supplying water to the residential cabin, the pipeline comprises a water pump set, an energy accumulator, a safety valve, a check valve, a snake-shaped cooling pipe and an induction heating coil, and water flows into the residential cabin after flowing through the parts; the water supply pipeline is cut into two sections by the third check valve, the internal pressure of the rear pipeline is always the same as the internal pressure of the residential cabin, the pressure of the front pipeline is zero when the water pump set does not work, and when water is needed in the residential cabin, the water use valve in the residential cabin is opened, the water pump set is started to work, and the internal pressure of the water supply pipeline section behind the water pump set is gradually increased; the third check valve is opened until the pressure is greater than the internal pressure of the water supply pipe section communicated with the residential cabin, and the water flow is input into the residential cabin for use after flowing through the heating link.
