The invention belongs to the technical field of water hammer tanks, and particularly relates to an intelligent water hammer tank pressure adjusting device which comprises a supporting tank and an upper tank, a plurality of mounting blocks are fixedly connected to the outer portion of the supporting tank and the outer portion of the upper tank, the mounting blocks are symmetrically arranged, fastening bolts are mounted in the mounting blocks, a rubber insertion block is arranged at the upper end of the supporting tank, and the rubber insertion block is fixedly connected with the supporting tank. An inserting groove is formed in the lower end of the upper tank, the rubber inserting block is connected with the inserting groove in an inserted mode, an L-shaped connecting pipe fitting is installed at the lower end of the supporting tank, and an air bag is installed in an inner cavity of the supporting tank. The problems that the water storage amount of the air bag in the water hammer tank cannot be observed in real time, the water level in the air bag cannot be early warned, air in the air bag can be slowly dissolved in water along with entering of water flow, the air in the air bag is slowly reduced, and if an operator is not reminded to supplement the air in the air bag in time, the air in the air bag cannot be timely warned are solved. The problem that the water hammer effect is aggravated due to the fact that the air bag is filled with too much water and the volume is reduced and the pressure fluctuation absorption capacity is reduced is solved.
