The invention discloses an automatic water injection weight-increasing wind-resistant sun-shading water-saving evaporation-preventing pollution-preventing floating cover structure which comprises an outer cavity, the outer cavity is a buoyancy cavity of a hollow sealing structure and provides suspension force for the whole floating cover structure, an annular groove is formed in the inner side of the outer cavity and separated from an inner cavity, and the inner cavity is fixed in the annular groove and connected with the outer cavity into a whole. The water injection holes are formed in the upper surface and the lower surface of the inner cavity, water can be injected into the inner cavity through the water injection holes in any face in the using process, the weight of the floating cover can be increased by more than three times due to water injection, and therefore excellent wind resistance is obtained, and the floating cover cannot be blown away from the water surface; and the floating cover adopts a hollow blow molding integral forming process, the manufacturing mode is simple and convenient, batch production is easy to realize, and the production cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种自动注水增重抗风遮阳节水防蒸发防污染的浮盖结构,包括外腔,外腔为中空密封结构的浮力腔,为整个浮盖结构提供悬浮力,外腔的内侧为环形槽与内腔分隔,内腔固定于环形槽内部与外腔连为整体,内腔为中空非密封结构,内腔上下表面开设有若干个注水孔,本发明通过设置内腔上下表面注水孔,使用时可通过任意一面注水孔向内腔注入水分,由于水的注入会使浮盖的重量增加三倍以上,以此获得优异的抗风性能,不会被吹离水面,取出后内腔水分可通过注水孔排出减轻重量方便维护运输,提高其使用的灵活度,浮盖采用中空吹塑一体成型工艺,制作方式简便易于批量生产降低生产成本。
