The invention discloses a replaceable assembly type concrete dry-type connection beam-column joint which comprises a column end steel plate, a beam end steel plate, an energy consumption device and an anti-shearing device. The energy consumption device comprises first angle steel, second angle steel, third angle steel, fourth angle steel, a first upper energy consumption steel plate and a first lower energy consumption steel plate; one end of the first upper energy dissipation steel plate is connected with a column end steel plate upper bolt through first angle steel, the other end of the first upper energy dissipation steel plate is connected with a beam end steel plate upper bolt through second angle steel, and one end of the first lower energy dissipation steel plate is connected with a column end steel plate lower bolt through third angle steel. The other end of the first lower energy dissipation steel plate is in bolt connection with the lower portion of the beam end steel plate through fourth angle steel. The structure can be simply and conveniently repaired after an earthquake, concrete does not need to be chiseled, a large amount of post-disaster repair time can be saved, high-strength bolts are adopted in the connecting mode, welding is not involved, and rapid replacement after the earthquake can be achieved.
