The invention relates to a green waterproof roof structure and a construction method thereof.The green waterproof roof structure comprises a fixing block, a positioning block and a lever, the detachably-connected positioning block is arranged on the fixing block, an annular groove is formed in the positioning block, the fixing block is provided with the movably-connected lever, and a detachably-connected punch is arranged at the end of the lever; and the positioning block is provided with a guide hole and a through hole which are matched with the punch. The operating levers rotate relatively to drive the punches to penetrate through the annular grooves, so that the punches punch holes from inside to outside in a narrow inner space of a product, burrs or chippings on the inner wall of the product are prevented from falling into the product, follow-up treatment work is reduced, and working efficiency is improved.
