The invention discloses a large-span overhanging steel structure stair installation structure which comprises a top inhaul cable anchor plate mechanism, a bottom stair anchor cable mechanism and an anchor cable arranged between the inhaul cable anchor plate mechanism and the bottom stair anchor cable mechanism, wherein the top inhaul cable anchor plate mechanism and the bottom stair anchor cable mechanism are installed in cooperation with a roof truss. The bottom stair anchor cable mechanism is installed in cooperation with a steel structure stair, and the bottom stair anchor cable mechanism can adjust the anchor cable installation length between the inhaul cable anchor plate mechanism and the bottom stair anchor cable mechanism. According to the stair installation structure in the technical scheme, the top inhaul cable anchor plate mechanism is matched with the installed truss on the roof for installation, the truss serves as a stress point, compared with a traditional inclined supporting mode, use of supporting columns and supporting frames can be greatly reduced, and the situation that the construction space is insufficient is avoided; and meanwhile, the anchor cable is matched with the bottom stair anchor cable mechanism to pull the overhanging end of the stair, stair construction is facilitated, after the bottom stair anchor cable mechanism adjusts the length of the inhaul cable to the proper length, the inhaul cable is in the state that the inhaul cable is pulled tighter and tighter, and the overall construction structure is more reliable.
