The invention relates to a steel bar binding construction method for a cast-in-place part of an assembly type superposed beam plate. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a U-shaped opening hoop is manufactured, and beam steel bars are bound through reinforcing bars; secondly, the bound steel bars are put into a grinding tool, the prefabricated part of the assembly type beam is poured, an operation environment is provided for steel bar binding after hoisting is completed, the concrete pouring height is strictly controlled, and vibrating and compacting are conducted; 3, hoisting operation of the beams is carried out, and after the assembly type beams are hoisted in place, hoisting and fixing of the laminated slabs or the truss slabs are carried out; fourthly, longitudinal load-bearing steel bars and erection bars on the upper portion of the superposed beam are bound; and 5, closing construction of the U-shaped opening stirrups is conducted. According to the invention, the process potential safety hazard when the longitudinal steel bar passes through the closed annular stirrup is avoided.
