A converter station concrete apparent color difference control system and method comprises the following steps: preparing a color difference protective agent sample, and obtaining a first color difference between a sample color of the color difference protective agent sample and a target color of target concrete; when the first color difference is lower than a first threshold value, sampling from the color difference protective agent sample and recording the proportion of the color difference protective agent sample, preparing a color block based on the sampled sample, and obtaining a second color difference between the color block color of the color block and a target color; when the second color difference is lower than a second threshold value, a final color block is obtained, and a color difference protective agent is prepared according to the proportion of a color difference protective agent sample corresponding to the final color block; and spraying the color difference protective agent on a to-be-repaired area. According to the invention, the sample color of the color difference protective agent sample can be adjusted based on the target color, so that the prepared sample color is closer to the target color, and the prepared color is more accurate.
