The invention discloses a leaf body bottom bearing transmission device and a door and window, the bearing transmission device comprises a transmission hinge and a bearing shaft, one end of the transmission hinge is rotatably connected with a sliding seat at the bottom edge of a frame body, and the other end of the transmission hinge is rotatably connected with the bearing shaft. A bearing part is arranged on the bearing shaft, and a plurality of steel balls are arranged between the bearing part and the rotary connecting part. The top end of the bearing shaft is fixedly connected with the fixing piece to be connected with the bottom of the fan body, and therefore the weight of the fan body can be transmitted to the steel balls through the bearing part of the bearing shaft. The bearing part is arranged on the bearing shaft and is matched with the steel balls, so that the transmission hinge can rotate relative to the bearing shaft while bearing, the same function as a bearing is realized, and the bearing with a complicated structure is replaced. Compared with a bearing, the combined structure of the bearing part and the steel balls is simpler in structure and smaller in occupied space; on the premise that the installation space is not changed, the diameter of the bearing shaft can be increased, and the bearing capacity of the transmission device is improved.
