The invention provides a vehicle door control method, a vehicle, electronic equipment and a computer program product.The method comprises the steps that in the process that a user operates a vehicle door, vehicle door motion information is obtained, and then whether the vehicle door needs to enter a hovering adjustment mode or not is judged according to the vehicle door motion information; and under the condition that it is determined that the vehicle door needs to enter the hovering adjustment mode, the adjusted actuator torque is determined according to the vehicle door movement information and the currently output actuator torque, and the adjusted actuator torque is controlled to be output so that the vehicle door can be hovered. The embodiment of the invention is beneficial to improving the hovering reliability in the door opening and closing process of a user.
