The invention relates to a movable telescopic drilling and blasting trolley, and relates to the technical field of tunnel drilling and blasting operation. The problems existing in the tunnel drilling and blasting operation process in the prior art can be solved. Firstly, a scissor fork assembly and an unfolding platform are arranged on a frame, and an operation platform and a charging platform needed in the tunnel operation process are met through vertical and horizontal rapid stretching and retracting; after the movable telescopic drilling and blasting trolley retracts and retreats out of a hole, slag discharging of the loading machine is not limited by the space formed by the trolley any more. Secondly, the slidable plate net platforms for tunnel operation are arranged on the two sides of the frame, the two working faces can share one trolley, the pneumatic leg drill for tunnel operation can be placed on the plate net platforms, and transfer between the two working faces is rapidly achieved; and finally, the height and the width of the plate net platform and the movable frame after retraction are almost the same as those of the cab and the frame, so that the plate net platform and the movable frame can be quickly withdrawn out of the hole after retraction, and the hole digging circulation time is shortened.
