The grate cooler comprises a waste heat filtering structure, the lower side of the waste heat filtering structure communicates with a smashing structure, the lower side of the smashing structure communicates with a material uniformizing and cleaning structure, the lower side of the material uniformizing and cleaning structure communicates with a grate bed body, and the right side of the material uniformizing and cleaning structure communicates with a waste heat recovery and impurity treatment assembly. The waste heat filtering structure comprises a feeding conveying belt, the feeding conveying belt penetrates through an auxiliary filtering assembly, the auxiliary filtering assembly communicates with a filtering self-cleaning assembly, and the auxiliary filtering assembly comprises a feeding box; and the feeding box communicates with a hot air conveying pipe through a conveying cover, a first filter screen is detachably installed on the upper side of the feeding box through threads, and a second filter screen is connected to the hot air conveying pipe through threads. The cement clinker waste heat treatment device has the advantages that dust in waste heat is automatically treated, cement clinker is automatically smashed, auxiliary cooling is achieved, the contact face of the cement clinker and cold air is increased, and cleaning is automatically conducted.
