Holes of the foamed porous structure formed by the invention are irregularly distributed, so that the incineration slag and a complex have an adsorption effect, the cohesive force of the incineration slag and the complex is enhanced, and meanwhile, new pores are formed through degradation of residual organic matters in the slags subjected to weathering treatment, so that the formed lightweight building block is lighter.
