The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-strength fire-resistant exhaust passage. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A1) preparing light fireproof mortar; a2) preparing anti-crack mortar; a3) preparing a reinforcing material for later use; (A4) a mold is prepared, and the operation face of a mold plate is coated with a release agent; (A5) anti-crack mortar is plastered and pressed on the surface of the release agent to form an outer surface protection layer; (A6) a reinforcing material is laid on the surface of the outer surface protection layer; (A7) light fireproof mortar is plastered and pressed on the surface of the reinforcing material layer by layer to form a sandwich heat insulation layer located in the middle; (A8) a reinforcing material is laid on the surface of the sandwich heat insulation layer; (A9) anti-crack mortar is plastered and pressed on the surface of the reinforcing material to form an inner surface protection layer; and A10) demolding to obtain a blank body, and conveying the obtained blank body to a curing workshop for wet curing. The prepared thin-wall exhaust passage has the advantages of being high in strength, good in fireproof performance and low in weight.
