Solid waste-based composite curing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a solid-waste-based composite curing agent which comprises a cross-linked complex A, powder B and powder C. The cross-linked complex A and the powder B are implemented through cooperation of a drying chamber, a dehydration bin and one or two sets of driving assemblies in the heating, stirring and drying process. Through cooperative use of the drying chamber, the dewatering bin and the driving assembly, the dewatering bin can rotate in the drying chamber, so that different areas in the dewatering bin can be uniformly blown by hot air, and materials in the dewatering bin can be uniformly heated for drying treatment; through the arrangement of the auxiliary mixing assembly in the bin body, the opening and closing state of the movable part of the auxiliary mixing assembly can be adjusted, and the movable part rotates along with the bin body, so that materials placed in the bin body can be in better contact with hot air for drying treatment through shaking and stirring of the movable part in the auxiliary mixing assembly; and the curing effect of the solid waste-based curing agent in use is improved.
