The water absorption supporting structure is mounted in the storage box; the elastic buffer structure is mounted in the storage box and comprises four groups of displacement adjusting parts connected with the storage box, the displacement adjusting parts are connected with buffer parts, two groups of buffer parts are respectively connected with two groups of first dislocation plates, and the other two groups of buffer parts are connected with two groups of second dislocation plates; the second dislocation plate is mounted on the water absorption supporting structure in a sliding manner; the linkage air suction structure is connected with the buffer part; and the active air supply structure is connected with the water absorption supporting structure. On the basis that the anti-theft performance is improved, buffering operation and air drying operation are combined, and it is guaranteed that stored files are neat and not prone to being affected with damp and damaged while energy is saved.
