Full-hole slag aggregate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses whole hole slag aggregate concrete, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800 to 1100 parts of hole slag coarse aggregate, 700 to 950 parts of hole slag fine aggregate, 280 to 420 parts of cement, 50 to 150 parts of mineral admixture, 2 to 5 parts of water reducing agent and 130 to 180 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the full-hole slag aggregate concrete. According to the invention, the igneous rock powder produced by the tunnel hole slag is doped with silica fume and an active agent to replace fly ash, and the igneous rock powder produced by the tunnel hole slag, the machine-made aggregate and the high-quality machine-made sand are fully and efficiently utilized to prepare the whole hole slag product concrete; and the prepared full-hole slag high-performance concrete has excellent working performance, mechanical performance and durability, not only is the use of the natural gravel material and the fly ash saved and the engineering cost reduced, but also the problem of treatment of the tunnel hole slag is solved, and the engineering efficiency is improved.
