Anti-crack self-repairing concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to anti-crack self-repairing concrete and a preparation process thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking urea resin as a shell material, respectively coating polyurethane and epoxy resin to obtain a polyurethane microcapsule and an epoxy resin microcapsule; wherein the polyurethane microcapsule takes toluene diisocynate and polyether glycol as raw materials for reaction, hydroxyethyl acrylate is added for end capping, then tetraethylenepentamine is used for chain extension, and polyurethane with the side chain containing amido is obtained; a polyurethane microcapsule and an epoxy resin microcapsule are doped to obtain a mixed repairing agent microcapsule; cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, mixing water, calcium formate and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer are used as concrete materials, the mixed repairing agent microcapsule is added, and the anti-crack self-repairing concrete is obtained.
本发明涉及混凝土技术领域,具体为一种抗裂自修复混凝土及其制备工艺。本发明以脲醛树脂作为壳材,分别对聚氨酯和环氧树脂进行包覆,得到聚氨酯微胶囊和环氧树脂微胶囊;其中,所述聚氨酯微胶囊以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚二元醇为原料反应后,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯进行封端,再使用四乙烯五胺进行扩链,得到侧链含有胺基的聚氨酯;将聚氨酯微胶囊和环氧树脂微胶囊掺杂得到混合修复剂微胶囊;以水泥、粗骨料、细骨料、拌和水、甲酸钙、聚羧酸减水剂为混凝土物料,加入混合修复剂微胶囊,得到抗裂自修复混凝土。
