The invention discloses a soft magnetic ferrite with a spinel structure as well as a preparation method and magnetic performance application thereof, and relates to the field of magnetic materials, the chemical formula is N i < 0.62 > Zn < 0.38 > Gd < 0.01 > Yb < x > Fe < 1.95-x > O < 4 > (x = 0.00, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08 and 0.10), the soft magnetic ferrite is prepared by a solid-phase reaction method, and the soft magnetic ferrite has the characteristics of low cost, simple operation, short preparation period and the like. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing corresponding raw material powder according to a stoichiometric number; putting the raw material powder into a ball milling tank filled with distilled water, and performing ball milling by using a planetary ball mill; drying the ball-milled slurry, putting into a high-temperature sintering furnace, and sintering for the first time at the temperature of 860 DEG C; crushing and grinding a sample sintered for the first time to obtain pre-sintered powder; a binder is added into the prefabricated powder, and the prefabricated powder is pressed into a magnetic ring after being fully mixed; and sintering for the second time at 1155 DEG C to obtain the target material. The spinel ferrite material prepared by the invention has an application prospect in the field of magnetics, and the preparation method has the characteristics of low cost, simplicity in operation, short preparation period and the like.
本发明公开了一种具有尖晶石结构的软磁铁氧体及其制备方法与磁性能的应用,涉及磁性材料领域,化学式为N i0.62Zn0.38Gd0.01YbxFe1.95‑xO4(x=0.00,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.10),固相反应法制备,具有成本低、操作简单、制备周期短等特点。制备方法:按照化学计量数称取对应的原料粉末;将原料粉末放入盛有蒸馏水的球磨罐中,使用行星式球磨机球磨;将球磨后的浆料干燥后置入高温烧结炉,在860℃温度下进行第一次烧结;第一次烧结的样品破碎研磨后得到预烧结粉末;在预制粉料中加入粘结剂,将其充分混合后压制成磁环;在1155℃下第二次烧结获得目标材料。本发明制备出的尖晶石铁氧体材料在磁学领域有应用前景,且制备方法具有成本低、操作简单、制备周期短等特点。
