The invention discloses an anti-cracking construction method for additionally paving asphalt concrete on a cement concrete pavement. The anti-cracking construction method comprises the following steps: constructing a pavement base layer; measures for preventing differential settlement are added to the base layer; constructing a cement concrete pavement; cutting joints on the cement concrete pavement; cement concrete pavement crack pouring; curb stone construction is carried out; paving the reinforced asphalt concrete pavement; cutting joints on the asphalt concrete pavement; and asphalt concrete pavement crack pouring. Compared with the prior art, the method is high in operability, convenient and reliable, cracking of the pavement caused by various reasons is effectively reduced, a series of costs such as dismantling and rebuilding of the permanent and temporary combined road in a construction site are saved, the later maintenance cost of the pavement is greatly reduced, and due to the fact that the existing pavement is used as a base layer of a new pavement, the construction period is shortened. And the construction period is shortened. Compared with a cement concrete pavement, the functions of dust suppression, noise reduction and the like of the asphalt pavement are remarkably improved, and a better effect on protection of the surrounding environment is achieved.
