The invention relates to the technical field of bridge support jacking devices, and discloses a bridge support synchronous jacking device which comprises a jack, a supporting base is installed at the bottom end of the jack, the bottom end of the supporting base abuts against a padstone, and the upper end of the supporting base is in a horizontal state; the connecting mechanisms are mounted on the two sides of the top end of the jack; the supporting mechanisms are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the supporting base and connected with the connecting mechanism so as to provide supporting for the jack; and the unlocking mechanism is mounted at the supporting mechanism and is used for releasing supporting locking. When the device performs multi-group synchronous jacking operation by utilizing the connecting mechanism, the connecting rods on the two sides can be synchronously pulled to carry the sliding sleeve blocks to slide, the sliding sleeve blocks can be adaptively attached to the grooves in the sliding process, self-locking can be completed when the jack suddenly loses supporting force, and a bridge base can be supported after maintenance is completed; and therefore, the support can be replaced.
