Pits are chiseled in the left and right sides of the crack through the chiseling rod, on one hand, loose crack blocks can be conveniently separated, on the other hand, the dihedral chiseling pits are chiseled in the wall of the crack, after the crack is filled with repairing mortar subsequently, the mortar is embedded into the crack after being solidified, and a filling body disengages and falls off due to expansion of crack gaps in subsequent evolution of the crack.
本发明公开了一种桥梁裂缝的修补装置,包括自动小车,自动小车后侧固定连接横向导轨,横向导轨滑动连接纵向位移装置,纵向位移装置底部设置开凿装置,横向导轨后侧固定连接存储箱体,存储箱体内存储填充剂;所述开凿装置包括吊板,吊板安装于纵向位移装置底部,吊板一侧固定连接摆动电机,摆动电机的主轴固定连接支撑板,支撑板固定连接侧板,侧板固定连接导向套,导向套内滑动且转动设置凿杆。本发明通过凿杆在裂缝左右凿坑,一方面能够使得松动的裂块便于脱离,另一方面在裂缝壁凿出反角的凿坑,后续由内填充修补砂浆后,砂浆固化后嵌入在裂缝内,填体在裂缝后续演变中,由于裂缝间隙扩大游离、脱落。
