Foundation settlement treatment process
According to the technical scheme, the foundation settlement treatment process is characterized by comprising the following steps that S01, drilling is conducted, drilled holes are divided into two types, namely reinforcing holes and stabilizing holes, the stabilizing holes penetrate into a bearing stratum of a foundation, and the depth of the reinforcing holes is smaller than that of the stabilizing holes; s02, preparing slurry; s03, grouting is conducted, specifically, grout is injected into the reinforcing holes and the stabilizing holes, and the grouting pressure of the stabilizing holes is controlled to be larger than that of the reinforcing holes; s04, hole sealing is conducted; the reinforcing holes are grouted, so that grout can enter an original foundation to form a reinforcing layer, the bearing capacity of the foundation is improved, through grouting of the reinforcing layer, a plate-shaped or root-shaped structure is formed due to grouting, soil in a filling area is pressed and compacted, the stability is improved, and due to the fact that the stabilizing holes penetrate into a bearing layer, the stability of the foundation is improved. And the stable layer formed by grouting can also be used as a bearing layer for reinforcing and lifting the foundation, so that a double-layer supporting system of the reinforcing layer and the stable layer is formed, and the reinforcing effect of the foundation is improved.
本发明公开了一种地基沉降治理工艺,其技术方案要点是包括以下步骤:S01、钻孔,钻取的孔分为两种,分别是加固孔和稳定孔,稳定孔深入地基持力层,加固孔深度小于稳定孔;S02、配置浆液;S03、注浆,分别向加固孔和稳定孔内注入浆液,控制稳定孔注浆压力大于加固孔注浆压力;S04、封孔;通过对加固孔进行注浆,使得浆液能够进入到原始地基当中,形成加固层,提高地基的承载力,而通过加固层的注浆,则会因为注浆形成板状或根状结构,使得加注区域的土受压挤密而增加稳定性,并且因为稳定孔深入持力层,注浆形成的稳定层也能够作为地基加固抬升的持力层,从而形成加固层和稳定层双层支撑体系,提高地基的加固效果。
