The invention belongs to the field of urban renewal and underground space development, and relates to a shallow basement and deep underground garage combined construction method. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a foundation pit first horizontal supporting structure is rigidly connected with a foundation pit vertical supporting structure and a foundation pit enclosure body; the deep underground garage is located in the shallow basement; and a construction platform is arranged on the first horizontal supporting structure of the foundation pit. Secondly, all the horizontal supporting structures in the shallow basement are constructed successively till the foundation of the shallow basement is excavated; and the deep underground garage is constructed below the elevation of the shallow basement base synchronously. Thirdly, the horizontal supporting structure is dismantled, and a shallow basement body structure is constructed upwards; a construction hole is reserved in the shallow basement body structure, and the deep underground garage continues to conduct downward construction. And fourthly, overall construction of the overall structure of the deep underground garage and the main structure of the shallow basement is completed. In a newly-built underground space project, the deep underground garage does not need additional site selection and is arranged in an existing underground garage, and related supporting facilities can be shared.
