Reverse steel pipe column capable of intelligently adjusting perpendicularity and construction method
The invention discloses a top-down steel pipe column capable of intelligently adjusting perpendicularity and a construction method. The top-down steel pipe column comprises a prefabricated steel pipe stand column pile, and a top plate node comprising a plurality of laser detection devices and a plurality of electromagnetic position correction devices and a plurality of middle plate nodes are arranged between the middle and the upper end of the prefabricated steel pipe stand column pile and a top plate of an underground structure and between the middle and the upper end of the prefabricated steel pipe stand column pile and each middle plate; all the laser detection devices are used for detecting the perpendicularity of the corresponding position of the prefabricated steel pipe stand column pile, converting the perpendicularity into an electric signal and transmitting the electric signal to the control system; and the control system controls the corresponding electromagnetic position correction device to adjust the distance between the corresponding position of the prefabricated steel pipe stand column pile and the corresponding top plate or adjust the distance between the corresponding position of the prefabricated steel pipe stand column pile and the corresponding middle plate according to the perpendicularity of each middle plate node and the top plate node. During construction, a plurality of laser detection devices and a plurality of electromagnetic position correction devices are sequentially constructed from the top plate to each middle plate. According to the invention, the perpendicularity of the steel pipe column can be detected and adjusted in real time, so that the perpendicularity meets the construction requirements.
本发明公开了能够智能调节垂直度的逆作钢管柱及施工方法,包括预制钢管立柱桩,预制钢管立柱桩中部及上端与地下构筑物的顶板和每一中板之间均设有包括多个激光探测装置和多个电磁校位装置的顶板节点和多个中板节点;所有激光探测装置均用于检测预制钢管立柱桩相应位置的垂直度,并将垂直度转化为电信号传送给控制系统;控制系统根据每一中板节点和顶板节点的垂直度控制相应的电磁校位装置调整预制钢管立柱桩相应位置与相应的顶板之间的距离,或者调整预制钢管立柱桩相应位置与相应的中板之间的距离。施工时,从顶板至每一中板依次施工多个激光探测装置和多个电磁校位装置。本发明能够实时的对钢管柱进行垂直度检测和调节,使垂直度满足施工要求。
