An energy-saving house is characterized in that a door window or a glass curtain wall is provided with a plurality of layers of plates and frames, the plates and the frames are combined into a multi-layer cavity structure in a bolt connection mode, a glue connection mode, a welding mode and the like, and meanwhile a traditional aluminum alloy frame is omitted. The heat insulation performance of the combined door window or glass curtain wall reaches the same level as that of a brick wall or a concrete outer wall with a heat insulation layer; meanwhile, the roof, the floor and the outer wall are each of an existing heat preservation structure, so that all parts of the whole house are covered with the heat preservation structures, any heat preservation performance needed in reality can be achieved, and the feasible construction cost is achieved; the stone curtain wall, the metal curtain wall and the ceramic curtain wall are directly connected to the main body wall through the three-dimensional adjustable connecting pieces, and traditional frames and keels are omitted, so that materials can be saved, and the strength can be improved; the heat insulation performance of the thin film heat insulation block reaches the level of doors and windows, and the thin film heat insulation block can cover each inner side of a house so as to realize very economical and rapid heat insulation.
