The invention relates to a wall surface anti-cracking construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, mounting an assembled wallboard, namely mounting the assembled wallboard at a position where a wall needs to be mounted, and reserving a gap of 200MM-300MM as a post-cast strip; s2, force application devices are arranged, and the force application devices are evenly distributed in the reserved post-cast strip in the height direction of the assembly wall plate; s3, a force application device is replaced, specifically, the force application device is replaced through the concrete blocks; s4, wiring, wherein pipelines are laid in the post-cast strip; s5, steel bar planting, wherein a steel reinforcement cage is installed in the post-cast strip; s6, pouring formworks are installed, specifically, the pouring formworks are installed and fixed on the two sides of the post-cast strip in the width direction; s7, concrete is poured, specifically, the concrete is poured into the pouring formwork of the post-pouring belt; s8, the pouring formwork is dismantled, and the pouring formwork is dismantled after the concrete is solidified; and S9, wall plastering, wherein cement mortar is smeared on the surface of the wall to form a wall protection layer. The method has the effect of reducing the cracking probability of the wall painting layer.
