The invention discloses a building curtain wall glass laying device and an operation method thereof. The building curtain wall glass laying device comprises a mounting plate, a plurality of transverse frames are mounted on the front face of the mounting plate, and anti-falling assemblies are mounted between the transverse frames and used for preventing a glass curtain wall from falling off; the anti-disengaging assembly comprises two transverse rods which are located between the transverse frames close to the top and the bottom. Fixing rings are arranged on the outer sides of the cross rods, belt frames are arranged on the two sides of the rings, cloth belts are arranged on the outer sides of the belt frames, and inserting holes penetrate through the inner sides of one ends of the cloth belts; the glass curtain wall further comprises corner protection boxes which provide protection for the four corners of the glass curtain wall. The long ropes can support the corner protection boxes, the springs can provide pulling force for the corner protection boxes, and the corner protection boxes are fixed outdoors at the four corners of the glass curtain wall. In addition, assemblies such as a balancing weight, a lead screw and a control module are further arranged. A worker can drive the air valve through the controller to change flowing of air, and therefore the working state of the suction cup is changed. The corner protection box, the spring, the lead screw and the like can be independently driven to move to change the angle and the position of the glass curtain wall.
