The invention discloses a conveying device and a wall building device. The conveying device comprises a base frame, a conveying device body, a lifting device and a positioning assembly. The conveying platform is provided with a feeding end and a discharging end, and the side, close to the discharging end, of the conveying platform is connected with the base frame through a rotary connecting device. The conveying platform has an inclined position and a horizontal position; at the inclined position, the discharging end is lower than the feeding end; the lifting device is hinged to the base frame, the telescopic end of the lifting device is hinged to the side, close to the feeding end, of the conveying platform, and the lifting device is suitable for driving the conveying platform to move to the inclined position or the horizontal position; the positioning assembly is movably arranged at the discharging end of the conveying platform, and the positioning assembly is configured to protrude out of the conveying face of the conveying platform when the conveying platform is located at the inclined position and is used for preventing the brick materials from being separated from the conveying platform. According to the conveying device, the materials can be conveyed to the preset position, positioning is more accurate, and the arrangement cost is reduced.
