The invention relates to the technical field of funeral equipment, and discloses a preparation process of an imitated jade coffin, which comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly blending resin, aluminum hydroxide and stone grains according to a specified proportion; s2, filling and exhausting the mold to obtain each part of the coffin; s3, assembling all the parts, and carrying out narrowing operation; s4, polishing the coffin; s5, carrying out dyeing treatment on the polished coffin; s6, spraying paint on the dyed coffin; and S7, polishing the painted coffin. According to the imitation jade coffin, the resin, the aluminum hydroxide and the stone grains are combined, so that the imitation jade coffin can simulate the appearance and the texture of jade and looks more vivid, compared with an actual jade coffin, the imitation jade coffin is lighter and lighter, meanwhile, due to the fact that the imitation jade coffin is manufactured through a mold, the production process of the imitation jade coffin is relatively simple, and the production cost is low. Manufacturers can use molds for batch production, and the production efficiency is improved.
