The invention discloses an anti-oxidation impregnation process of a graphite mold for a 3d glass mobile phone backboard. The anti-oxidation impregnation process comprises the following steps: S1, pretreatment of a graphite mold sample: polishing, cleaning and drying or firing the graphite mold sample which is cut into a fixed size by a diamond wire cutting machine; s2, vacuum impregnation treatment: putting the graphite mold sample pretreated in the step S1 into an impregnation reaction kettle, closing a valve, tightening a kettle cover by using a handle, vacuumizing, opening an air outlet, and vacuumizing by using a vacuum pump until the vacuum degree is more than 0.09 Mpa. The impregnation kettle capable of controlling the pressure and the temperature is used for impregnating the graphite mold sample, the impregnation liquid enters pores in the graphite according to the vacuum self-adsorption principle, and the components of the impregnation liquid are dispersed in the pores in the graphite after the heat treatment curing process, so that the invasion of oxygen into the graphite mold is slowed down; and the service life of the graphite mold under high-temperature use is prolonged.
