The invention discloses an intelligent road compacting device and a using method thereof.The intelligent road compacting device comprises a main body, a compacting assembly and a driving mechanism, the main body comprises a mounting frame, trundles are fixedly connected to the four corners of the bottom of the mounting frame, and four sets of first-level supporting columns are fixedly connected to the top of the mounting frame and distributed in a rectangular shape; the side, away from the four sets of first-stage supporting columns, of the top of the mounting frame is fixedly connected with a supporting batten, and the inner sides of the four sets of first-stage supporting columns are fixedly connected with first-stage guide rails correspondingly. The eccentric wheels are arranged, so that centrifugal force is mutually counteracted when the eccentric wheels rotate to the horizontal position, the resultant force of the centrifugal force is upward or downward when the eccentric wheels rotate to other positions, intermittent advancing and retreating of the device are avoided, and control of operators is facilitated; and a large amount of flying dust is prevented in follow-up construction.
