According to the non-standard riding flower frame beam type hanging basket system and the construction method thereof, the self loads of a roof parapet wall and a flower frame beam structure are fully utilized, the design of a rear support and a balancing weight of a traditional riding beam hanging basket is omitted, the anti-overturning moment generated by a hanging basket body and operators is provided by a building structure, and the construction cost is reduced. According to the construction method, resource waste and roof space occupation in the hanging basket construction operation period are reduced, the renting and mounting cost of a balancing weight and a rear support and the roof secondary construction cost are saved, roof construction can be synchronously carried out according to construction procedure arrangement, and the quality risks such as leakage and cracking caused by roof procedure post-construction are greatly reduced.
