The invention relates to a hydraulic system and provides an electronic control hydraulic system, a pressure relief control method and an excavator in order to solve the problem of safe pressure relief of the hydraulic system. The electric control hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic execution part, electric control main valves, a controller, a pilot oil source, a hydraulic oil tank, an input device, a pressure sensor, an electric pump and the like, wherein the controller is electrically connected with the electric control main valves and controls the reversing of the electric control main valves; the input device is used for outputting a pressure relief starting signal to the controller; the pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure of the working end of each hydraulic execution piece; a pump opening and an oil suction opening of the electric pump are correspondingly connected with the output end of the pilot oil source and the hydraulic oil tank; and the controller is configured to output preset main valve reversing control current to each electric control main valve when the hydraulic system is subjected to pressure relief until the pressure of the working end of each hydraulic execution piece is reduced to be less than preset pressure. According to the electric control hydraulic system, one-key pressure relief can be achieved by inputting a pressure relief instruction through the input device, and safe and convenient pressure relief is facilitated when the hydraulic system is repaired and maintained.
本发明涉及液压系统,为解决液压系统安全泄压的问题,本发明构造一种电控液压系统、泄压控制方法和挖掘机,其中电控液压系统包括液压执行件、电控主阀、与各电控主阀电连接并控制其换向的控制器、先导油源、液压油箱、输入装置、压力传感器、电动泵等,输入装置用于向控制器输出泄压启动信号;压力传感器用于检测各液压执行件的工作端压力;电动泵的泵口和吸油口对应与先导油源的输出端和液压油箱连接;控制器配置为在液压系统泄压时向各电控主阀输出预定的主阀换向控制电流直至各液压执行件的工作端压力下降至小于预定压力。本发明电控液压系统可通过输入装置输入泄压指令实现一键泄压,方便液压系统在进行维修维护时安全便捷地泄压。
