The invention provides a terrace surface regularity detection device and method. The terrace surface regularity detection device comprises a moving part and a plurality of distance sensors. The distance sensors are distributed at the bottom of the moving part in the length direction of the moving part, and the detection ends of the distance sensors point downwards. During use, the moving part is moved to a detection point. At the moment, a plurality of distance sensors face downwards, and then the distance between the distance sensors and the surface of the floor is measured. And data detected by the plurality of distance sensors correspond to the height of each position of the terrace. The highest point of the floor and the second highest point only second to the highest point are taken, and the straight line where the connecting line of the two points is located is defined as a datum line. The difference value between the data detected by the other distance sensors and the datum line height is the concave depth of the floor position corresponding to the sensor. And after detection of one detection point is completed, the moving part moves forwards to the next detection point and carries out detection. Therefore, a plurality of detection points of the whole floor can be conveniently detected, and the flatness detection efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种地坪表面规整度检测装置及检测方法,包括移动部和若干距离传感器。若干距离传感器沿移动部的长度方向分布于移动部的底部且若干距离传感器的检测端指向向下。使用时,将移动部移动至检测点。此时,若干距离传感器向下,进而测量其与地坪表面之间的间距。若干距离传感器检测出的数据对应为地坪各个位置的高度。取地坪最高点和仅次于最高点的次高点并将两者的连线所在直线定义为基准线。其他各个距离传感器检测的数据与基准线高度的差值即为该传感器对应地坪位置的凹陷深度。一个检测点检测完成后,移动部向前移动至下一个检测点并进行检测。这就使得整个地坪的若干检测点都能够方便的被检测,提高平整度检测的效率。
