Anti-corrosion wear-resistant waterproof coiled material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, and discloses an anti-corrosion and wear-resistant waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof.The anti-corrosion and wear-resistant waterproof coiled material comprises a polyester non-woven fabric base layer, an anti-corrosion layer, a wear-resistant layer and a waterproof layer which are sequentially arranged; the anti-corrosion layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of epoxy resin, 25 parts of polyamide resin, 20 parts of glass flakes, 8 parts of zinc phosphate anti-rust pigment and 8 parts of mica powder; the wear-resistant layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of polyurethane resin, 15 parts of silicon carbide particles with the particle size of 20-40 microns, 10 parts of silicon dioxide particles with the particle size of 10-15 microns and 8 parts of ceramic microbeads with the particle size of 60-80 microns. Through specific raw materials and processes, the performance advantages of all the layers are fully exerted, and the coiled material has excellent corrosion resistance, can resist various corrosive media, prolongs the service life, has excellent waterproof performance, effectively prevents water permeation and keeps reliable protection in a humid environment.
