The invention relates to the technical field of cement-based building materials, in particular to premixed concrete for buildings and a preparation method of the premixed concrete. The invention discloses premixed concrete for buildings. The premixed concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200 to 300 parts of cement, 600 to 700 parts of machine-made sand, 50 to 60 parts of mineral powder, 40 to 60 parts of fly ash, 900 to 1100 parts of gravel, 120 to 150 parts of natural sand, 50 to 80 parts of modified rubber particles, 6 to 8 parts of water reducing agent and 150 to 170 parts of water, the modified rubber particles are waste rubber tire particles loaded with silicon and phosphorus elements and thioether groups. According to the premixed concrete for the building, the waste rubber tire particles serve as aggregate, waste rubber tires are effectively utilized, meanwhile, the problem of scarcity of building materials is solved to a certain degree, and meanwhile the defects that due to introduction of the rubber particles, the flame retardant property and the anti-aging property of the concrete are poor are effectively overcome through the modifier.
