The invention discloses lepidolite slag waterborne epoxy rapid repair mortar and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of repair polymer mortar. Comprising aggregate, ordinary Portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement, waterborne epoxy emulsion, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent, a water reducing agent, deionized water, a modified lepidolite slag/sepiolite fiber/lithium titanate whisker compound and a modified amine waterborne curing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a multi-component mixture from the waterborne epoxy emulsion, the wetting agent, the deionized water, the modified amine waterborne curing agent and the defoaming agent; and mixing and stirring aggregate, cement, the modified lepidolite slag/sepiolite fiber/lithium titanate whisker compound and a water reducing agent, adding the multi-component mixture, mixing, and jointly stirring. The invention has the following beneficial effects: impermeability, crack resistance, dimensional stability, compressive strength, breaking strength, tensile adhesive strength, safety and environmental protection of mortar can be improved, and repairing speed can be accelerated.
