The invention discloses a low-temperature grouting material for an assembly type structure joint and a quality control method of the low-temperature grouting material. The low-temperature grouting material comprises water, a cementing material and sand, the concrete further comprises gravel, fibers, silica fume, an early strength agent, an expanding agent, an anti-cracking agent, an anti-freezing agent and a water reducing agent. The weight part of the cementing material is 40-60 parts; 20 to 40 parts by weight of sand; the weight part of the broken stone is 5-12; 2-6 parts by weight of silica fume; the weight part of the fiber is 0.1-2 parts; 0.5-3 parts by weight of an early strength agent; the weight part of the expanding agent is 0.1-1 part; the weight part of the anti-cracking agent is 0.1-1 part; the weight part of the anti-freezing agent is 0.1-1 part; the weight part of the water reducing agent is 0.1-1 part; the ratio of water to materials is 0.09 to 0.11. The technical problems that a traditional grouting material is large in dry shrinkage, insufficient in strength, poor in low-temperature resistance and small in elastic modulus under the low-temperature condition are solved.
