The invention discloses a filling cementing material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of resource utilization of solid wastes. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing cement, phosphate tailing powder, flotation ardealite and alkaline residues to obtain a dry mixture; uniformly mixing the dry mixture, water and a curing accelerator to obtain a wet mixture; and finally, putting the wet mixture into a prefabricated mold, pressing the mold, demolding and curing to obtain the filling cementing material. According to the treated filling cementing material, the PO4 < 3-> curing effect is remarkable, and F <-> and measured heavy metal in leachate are within the range specified by the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996). Meanwhile, the filling cementing material has good mechanical properties, can be used as a building material and pavement infrastructure, has the characteristics of simple process flow, energy conservation, environmental protection, safety, reliability and the like, and has a wide application prospect.
本发明公开了一种充填胶凝材料及其制备方法,属于固体废物的资源化利用技术领域。本发明将水泥、磷尾矿粉、浮选磷石膏和碱渣混匀,得到干混料;然后将干混料、水及固化促进剂混匀,得到湿混料;最后将湿混料放入预制膜具,压模、脱模、养护得到充填胶凝材料。通过处理后的充填胶凝材料,PO43‑固化效果显著,浸出液中F‑和所测重金属也均在《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978‑1996)规定的范围内。同时充填胶凝材料具有良好的力学性能,可用作建筑材料和路面基建,具有工艺流程简单、节能环保、安全可靠等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。
