Fiber-reinforced functional gradient layered ceramic-based composite material and preparation method and device thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic-based composite materials, in particular to a fiber-reinforced functional gradient layered ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method and device thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that a fiber preform is prepared, water-based ceramic slurry is prepared, the fiber preform is soaked with the water-based ceramic slurry, and then freeze drying is performed to obtain the fiber-reinforced functional gradient layered ceramic-based composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting a fiber-reinforced functional gradient layered ceramic matrix composite into a hot-pressing furnace, repeatedly carrying out impregnation and cracking for 3-6 times under a protective atmosphere, and carrying out hot-pressing treatment in the hot-pressing furnace to finally obtain the fiber-reinforced functional gradient layered ceramic matrix composite which comprises an outer compact layer and an inner loose layer. Through mixed use of a slurry process, a freeze-drying method, an impregnation and pyrolysis method and a hot-pressing auxiliary process, densification can be rapidly realized, meanwhile, the preparation period is shortened, the cost is also reduced, and meanwhile, the product quality is improved. The functional gradient layered fiber ceramic reinforced ceramic-based composite material is excellent in ablation resistance and light in weight while meeting the heat protection requirement.
