The invention relates to the technical field of graphite boat production, in particular to a graphite boat saturated film layer structure and a preparation method thereof. Comprising a graphite boat body and a saturated film layer arranged on the surface of the graphite boat body; the saturated film layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of adhesive, 3 to 6 parts of compound nano powder, 3 to 5 parts of functional filler, 2 to 4 parts of functional additive and 4 to 7 parts of sintering aid; the preparation method comprises the following steps: putting an adhesive, compound nano powder, a functional filler, a functional additive and a sintering aid into mixing equipment, mixing and stirring to obtain a film material, coating the surface of a cleaned graphite boat body with the obtained film material, sintering, cooling, and inspecting. The graphite boat saturated film layer structure prepared by the preparation method has excellent corrosion resistance and also has the effect of reducing the reject ratio of products when being used, so that the quality of the graphite boat saturated film layer structure is effectively ensured.
本发明涉及石墨舟生产技术领域,具体为一种石墨舟饱和膜层结构及其制备方法;包括石墨舟本体以及设置于所述石墨舟本体表面的饱和膜层;所述饱和膜层由如下重量份原料组成:20~30份胶黏剂、3~6份复配纳米粉体、3~5份功能填料、2~4份功能助剂及4~7份助烧剂;本发明通过将胶黏剂、复配纳米粉体、功能填料、功能助剂及助烧剂投入混料设备中进行混合搅拌,得到膜料,再将所得膜料涂布于清洗后的石墨舟本体表面上,然后烧结处理,冷却后,再经检验工序即可。本发明所制备的石墨舟饱和膜层结构不仅具有优异的耐蚀性能,同时在使用时,还具有降低产品不良率的效果,有效地保证了其质量及品质。
